Highly recommend Johnny B’s. They came out within 24 hours and fixed my broken spring for a reasonable price. The technician walked me through ongoing care of the spring and door to prolong its life. As a bonus, I was having trouble programming a remote for my garage door a few weeks after they fixed my spring, so I gave them a call hoping they could help. Asa (the owner of the company) spent 15 minutes on the phone walking me through programming multiple devices. He was very helpful and patient. They will be my first call any time I need any help with a garage door.

I called to request an appointment as my garage door wouldn't close. Asa answered and suggested he try to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, to save me some money. And he did! It works again! Talk about great customer service, and I wasn't an actual customer..yet. But if I ever need a new garage door or any repairs on it, I will definitely be calling Johnny B's. Thank you so much.

My go to garage guys period! Keaton and Micah answered the call twice now to bail me.out of garage issue in a timely and professional manner. Replaced a blown motor in on situation and replaced my blown blown out springs in the other. Fair priced and quick response when I needed it.
