My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Jim Butz! He was fully transparent and quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process. When I needed recommendations for various services along the way, he was always able to provide suggestions. On closing day, the time changed to earlier at the last minute and he adjusted his schedule to be available. I had the pleasure to deal with Vince Gutierrez and I couldn't be any happier. Vince was extremely responsive, worked really fast, and did not miss a single step throughout the entire process. He was confident, knowledgeable, easy to speak, mindful, and his service level was simply top notch. If you're looking to buy a property, give them a chance. You certainly won't regret it! From start to finish Jim Butz was there to guide me through the entire process of acquiring my first mortgage and then a refinance a few years later. Every time I called with questions and concerns Jim answered the call without hesitation. I will be moving in a few years and there is no doubt I will use Jim Butz with Crown Home Mortgage again. I have done two transactions with Jim and his team and both have been streamlined with attention to detail. Buying a house is stressful enough so it pays to have an experienced, knowledgeable and level-headed team handling the details. I would recommend using Jim.
