Pepper Paws Concierge dog sitting company is the best pet sitting company we have used. They care about your pets. It's apparent from the very first visit. A team showed up at the house and spent time with us to understand our pets unique needs. After our first experience using them, we found our pet care team. Everyone on the team loves animals. Our dogs love them. Even our "shy dog" that normally takes a bit to warm up, warmed up very quickly and has done so with every member of the team. What peace of mind we have now going on a trip. The owners check in on their team and also check in with us when needed (storms happen and they called us to see if we wanted someone to stay longer, which we did). Having a pet sitter your trust to do the right thing in yoru absence is a relief. It's nice to work with a company that understand what pet owners need. They treat our family like their own. I'd highly recommend.

What an amazing pet sitting service! Pepper Paws has been such a godsend with my dog who struggles medically and needs specialized care. I have never left my dog in the care of anyone outside of the family and with Pepper Paws I would absolutely do it again. They are so incredibly communicative, thorough, and trustworthy. My dog can be wary of new people and they made sure he was comfortable were able to do his insulin. They sent updates through the day and sent such sweet photos. Our dog adored Sophia, she was so fantastic and kind, she even drew the cutest doodle of our dog. Kalie was amazing and came to help with insulin and was so patient with our dog. Overall such an incredible team of people that truly take such amazing care of pets. So grateful to have a trusted service to use in the future!

Pepper Paws has been wonderful to work with! They walk our dog Axl and you can immediately tell how much they genuinely care about animals. They treat him like he’s their own, which gives us so much peace of mind. Axl absolutely loves his walks with them. You can tell he’s having the best time, and he always comes back happy and completely worn out — which is great for him because he’s a very hyperactive dog. It really helps get his energy out in a healthy way. We also love the photos and videos they send during the walks. It’s so nice getting those updates and seeing how happy he is while he’s out. They’re incredibly reliable, easy to communicate with, and even willing to help with last-minute visits when needed, which has been extremely helpful for our schedule.
